We always stay at this hotel when we visit Cherokee because it is always sparkling clean with an exclusive feel of class and elegance. The beds are so comfortable with beautiful, crisp linens and soft pillows. The bathrooms are freshly updated with beautiful fixtures. Hallways and common areas are clean and inviting, and the hot breakfast beats most restaurants in the area. We would never stay anywhere else; and, oh, I forgot to say it is right across the street from the casino! With the well-lit sidewalk from the hotel to the street. I can be at the casino door within an approximately five minute walk ( actually a shorter distance than if we stayed at the Harrah’s Casino hotel itself!)!

Lovely Hotel. Excellent location to everything you will need for visiting Cherokee. Directly across the street from the Casino. Five minute walk to restaurants and Casino. All the shops in Cherokee less than a mile away. Will stay here again next time visiting Cherokee. Would recommend.

The location is the in heart of Cherokee directly across from the Casino area. There is a side walk so being able to walk safely is nice. I truly loved the breakfast. I had a great selection and the young lady worked hard to keep it fully stocked.

Breakfast was great with a variety of different foods. Bed was comfortable. Upon leaving we encountered a dead car battery. Brooke was extremely helpful in helping to get this problem resolved. We will definitely stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was well presented and had a very good variety to choose from. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. It met our needs for our travel.
